WHAT SHOULD I PROVIDE?


Your responsibility is to provide all items that will be consumed by the guests. This shall include the alcohol, mixers, ice, and any fruit garnishes that you would like to be served with your beverages. You will be responsible to provide the cups/glassware. We recommend you purchase cocktail napkins and straws as well.


HOW MUCH ALCOHOL SHOULD I BUY?


This is usually the #1 question that is asked by my clients, I will take care of this for you too! Once booking my services, my team and I will provide you with a complete beverage consultation where we’d help and advise you to defining your beverage menu and prepare a shopping list of everything that you need to purchase.


ARRIVAL TIME & ATTIRE:


My staff and I will arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled start of the event to set up the bar area and will clean up the bar area at the end of the event. The standard bartender uniform is black pants and black polo/long sleeve shirt. Bartender uniforms may be customized with advance notice.



WHAT DOES THE FULL BAR SET UP CONSIST OF?

We'll provide all of the basic bar tools for servicing your guests. You would provide a table or flat surface for the bartender to serve from. If needed, we can provide a portable bar or table set up for rent creating the perfect bar setup for your event! During the initial one-hour set up, we will be working efficiently to prepare the bar area. We’ll chill all necessary ingredients, cut fruit, and fully set up prior to the arrival of your guests
